API bridge

Keep a team vault in step with your infrastructure using a bridge hosted on your own machine.

Self-hosted preview: both the server bridge flag and the desktop bridge UI flag must be enabled by the operator. Container registry and Ansible Galaxy publication are pending.

Availability

Disabled by default

Your server operator must enable bridges before a team administrator can create one in Settings → Team. A bridge receives write access to exactly one team vault.

Local service

Protect both credentials

Save the bridge credential file and a separate local API token in files readable only by the service owner. The bridge decrypts and encrypts locally; the Termiyo server stores encrypted records.

Automation and revocation

Connect your inventory

Use the repository’s Ansible role or the documented Terraform and NetBox recipes to create, update and delete hosts and groups through the local API. Revoke the bridge in Settings → Team to stop server access. Revocation does not erase downloaded data or rotate vault keys. Live vendor compatibility remains unverified.
