Include the email address on your account and the plan you have or want. If it is about a charge, add its date and amount. The billing page says how to change or cancel a plan, and Refunds and cancellation says what we refund.
A bug
Include your version of Termiyo, your operating system, and what you did just before it happened. The support page says what else helps.
A security report
Send it to the same address, and please do not open a public issue first. Reporting a vulnerability says what is in scope and what happens next.
