Terms of use

Termiyo is licensed to you for use, not sold. You may install it on any machine you use. You may not redistribute a modified build under the Termiyo name.

You are responsible for what you connect to and what you do there. Termiyo is a client; the access it uses is access you already have.

Your master password is not recoverable. If you lose it, the data in your vault is unrecoverable — by you and by us. Keep a backup of anything you cannot afford to lose.

The desktop application works without our servers. Sync and team features depend on a service that we aim to keep available but do not guarantee to be uninterrupted.

The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

If these terms change materially we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
