Find the right server in a second
Thirty servers stop being a scroll: type a few letters, or narrow by group and tag, and the one you want is there.
The Servers page in Termiyo shows every server you have as a card that says whether it is online, with a search across names, addresses, systems, groups and tags, filters by group and tag, pins for the servers you use most, and one edit for many servers at once. Use it once you have more servers than you can find by scrolling.
The Servers page is every server you have, as cards that say which are online. Search reads names, addresses, systems, groups and tags; groups and tags narrow the list; the servers you use most can be pinned to the top of the menu.
Steps
Search
Open Servers in the menu and type in “Search servers by name, address, OS, group or tag”. The cards narrow as you type.
Narrow by tag or group
Press a tag under the search box to show only the servers that carry it, or choose a “Group”. “Group by folder” lays the cards out under their groups.
Pin the ones you use
Press the pin on a card (“Pin to top”). Pinned servers come first in the menu on the left, before the ones you reached most recently.
Change several at once
Press “Select”, tick the servers, and press “Edit together”. Set the group, the environment or the tags once for all of them and press “Apply”; every field you leave on “Leave unchanged” stays as it was on each server.
Good to know
- An environment of Production marks a server red everywhere it appears, and makes Termiyo ask before a risky command runs there.
